3. Prioritize Self-Care
Self-care is crucial for intentional living. Make time for activities that rejuvenate you, whether it's a hobby, a walk in nature, or a relaxing bath. Taking care of yourself enables you to show up fully in other areas of your life.
4. Limit Screen Time
Excessive screen time can be a significant distraction. Set boundaries for your use of technology, and make time for offline activities that enrich your life.
5. Foster Meaningful Relationships
